A new batch of Online Oil & Gas course in zoom is expected to start soon everyday 10.30 am for 2 hrs daily. No online class in Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays.

WORK SITE SAFETY, SAFE WORKING PRACTICE, HSEMSM, HAZID, HAZOP, HAZARDS AND RISK ASSESSMENT, LTI, PTW, EMERGENCY HANDLING, H2S MANAGEMENT.PTW, SHOC, MSDS.
2. OIL & GAS ORIENTATION & THEORY – ( 10 HRS -2 WEEK)
ORGANIC THEORY, EXPLORATION & DRILLING TECHNOLOGY, POROSITY, PERMEABILITY
3. WELLHEAD OPERATION – 20 HRS – 3 WEEKS
X MAS TREE OPERATIONS, COMPONENTS AND SSV & SCSSSV WELL CONTROL OPERATIONS
4. OIL& GAS FLOW – (10 HRS – 2 WEEK)
FROM WELLHEADS TO EXPORT TERMINAL- MAIN COMPONENTS, GATHERING AND PRIODUCTION STATIONS, SHIPPING, FIRST LINE MANTENANCE.
5. STATIC EQUIPMENT : (20 HRS- 2 WEEKS)
PIPE LINES, MANIFOLDS, MULTIPORT SELECTOR VALVES, FLOW LINE PROTECTION, SEPARATORS, DEHYDRATION, TANKS, COLUMNS, VESSELS, ABSORBER, FRACTIONATION, PIGGING OPERATIONS
6. ROTATING EQUIPMENT: (20 HRS – 2 WEEKS)
PUMPS. COMPRESSORS, GAS TURBINES, TURBO EXPANDERS, AERIEL COOLERS- MAIN COMPONENTS AND FUNCTION, TROUBLE SHOOTING.
7. PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION: (10 HRS – 1 WEEKS)
PROCESS VARIABLES, PROCESS MEASURING INSTRUMENTS, MEASURING UNITS, OPEN & CLOSED CONTROL LOOPS, SPLIT CONTROL, CASCADE CONTROL, PID CONTROL, GAP CONTROL, ON/OFF CONTROL, PLC CONTROL, DCS CONTROL, P& ID DRAWING SYMBOLOGY, CASUE & EFFECT, PLOT PLAN, PFD.HAZARDOUS AREA CLASSIFICATION, Ex PROOF, INTRINSIC SAFETY
8. CHEMICAL & PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF HYDROCABON & API CONTROL. ( 10 HRS-1 WEEK)
9. GAS PROCESSING: (20 HRS – 1 WEEKS)
GAS SWEETENING, GAS DEHYDRATION, GAS CONDITIONING, LPG PRODUCTION, LPG HANDLING, SAMPLING.FRACTIONATION, DE-ETHANIZER, DE-PROPANIZER AND DE-BUTANIZER OPERATION
10. CRUDE OIL STABILIZING: (10 HRS – 1 WEEK)
MAIN OIL PIPE LINE OPERATION BY BOOSTER PUMPS AND EXPORT MAIN PUMPS CRUDE STABILIZERS, DE-SALTER, DEHYDRATION, EXPORT SPECIFICATION, TVP, RVP BS&W MONITORING
11. UTILITY SYSTEMS: ( 10 HRS -1 WEEK)
AIR, WATER, FUEL GAS, FLARE, DRAINS, CHEMICALS, ELECTRICITY.
12. PROCESS SAFE GUARDING TECHNIQUES ( 10 HRS – 1 WEEK)
PROCESS ISOLATION PROCEDURE FOR CONFINED SPACE ENTRY, EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND RE-COMMISSIONING.
13. QA/ QC AND PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION ( 50 HRS – 2 WEEKS)
REVISION SESSION (10 HRS- 1 WEEK)
FINAL ASSESSMENTS / EXAMINATION (2 HRS)
